A Cautionary Narrative

The telescreen received and transmitted simultaneously. Any sound that Winston made, above the level of a very low whisper, would be picked up by it; moreover, so long as he remained within the field of vision which the metal plaque commanded, he could be seen as well as heard. There was of course no way of knowing whether you were being watched at any given moment. How often, or on what system, the Thought Police plugged in on any individual wire was guesswork. It was even conceivable that they watched everybody all the time. But at any rate they could plug in your wire whenever they wanted to. You had to live—did live, from habit that became instinct—in the assumption that every sound you made was overheard, and, except in darkness, every movement scrutinized.

When George Orwell wrote 1984 in 1949, he warned of a future in which an overbearing state could spy on its citizens through a special type of television, called a “telescreen”. The telescreen was always on, and constantly listened and watched. It was sensitive enough to detect a heartbeat, and could see even in perfect dark. The people of “Oceania”, the fictional nation of 1984, were fearful of even flashing a defiant glance, as the telescreen would surely detect it.

Fast forward to 2013, and this technology is no longer fiction. Replace “overbearing state” with “Microsoft” and “telescreen” with “Kinect 2″, and this is coming to your living room later this year. The Kinect 2, standard with every Xbox One, will introduce unpatrolled corporate surveillance into your home, data-mine your life for intrusive targeted advertising, exploit customers for even more corporate control, and introduce a dangerous system that could potentially be used to compromise your child’s security.

Always Watching

The Kinect 2 comes bundled with every new Xbox One. In fact, the Xbox One will not even function without the Kinect 2 connected to the system. The Kinect 2 is a special type of webcam originally designed for gaming. However, its purpose has expanded far beyond this scope. The Kinect has advanced facial recognition that can accurately identify and remember users, even in a crowded room. Its advanced voice recognition can discern who is talking in a conversation, and even subtract out background audio (like a stereo) to better hear. Once connected, the Kinect 2 microphone will always listen, even when the system is powered down. The Kinect also features a powerful IR-camera, which is able to detect users, even in total darkness. Finally, similar to Orwell’s telescreen, the Kinect camera is sensitive enough to discern slight colour variation in your face, and detect your heartbeat.

All Knowing

Kinect 2 will usher in a new era of advertising and corporate control. One recently filed patent by Microsoft describes technology that will allow the Kinect to read your current emotional state by analysing your facial expression, and cross-reference this with recent social media posts made by you, to target advertisements based on how you are feeling. Another patent filed by Microsoft describes how the Kinect can determine how many people are in a room watching a movie, and charge for additional user-licenses if it exceeds a number determined by the movie producer. In an investment summit, Microsoft’s Dennis Durkin even suggested that the Kinect can identify objects and clothing, such as a football jersey someone is wearing, and target advertisements based on such data.

This is an unprecedented level of corporate data-mining and control. In the Kinect world, your TV watches you more intensely than you watch your TV. Through an always-on microphone, and a camera so sensitive that it can discern your emotional state in total darkness, your life is being collected and categorised, for the explicitly stated purpose of more advertising directed specifically to you.

Never Safe

In the increasingly digital world, web-crimes have become a common threat. There is no shortage of online predators and hacking awaiting the naive web-surfer, even some of the largest companies in the world have been hacked. In fact, Sony Entertainment, the producer of a rival gaming console, was recently hacked, compromising the credit card information of thousands of users. Studies show that many are unaware of the fact that webcams can be hacked, and that hackers are able to spy on the users, who are unaware they have been compromised. Adolescents are among the most popular groups targeted by such hackers, and also happen to be one of the largest markets for the Xbox One. An always on, see-in-the-dark camera that requires a daily internet connection presents a large security concern for any household.

It was terribly dangerous to let your thoughts wander when you were in any public place or within range of a telescreen. The smallest thing could give you away. A nervous tic, an unconscious look of anxiety, a habit of muttering to yourself — anything that carried with it the suggestion of abnormality, of having something to hide. In any case, to wear an improper expression on your face (to look incredulous when a victory was announced, for example) was itself a punishable offence. There was even a word for it in Newspeak: facecrime, it was called.

“If the truth can be told so as to be understood it will be believed”

Human history represents such a radical break with the natural systems of biological organisation that preceded it that it must be the response to a kind of attractor or dwell point that lies ahead in the temporal dimension. Persistently Western religions have integrated into their theologies the notion of a kind of end of the world. And I think that a lot of psychedelic experimentation sort of confirms this intuition. I mean it isn’t going to happen according to any of the scenarios of orthodox religion, but the basic intuition that the universe seeks closure in a kind of Omega point of transcendence is confirmed. It’s almost as though this object in hyperspace, glittering in hyperspace, throws off reflections of itself, which actually ricochet into the past, illuminating this mystic, inspiring that saint or visionary, and that out of these fragmentary glimpses of eternity we can build a kind of a map of not only the past universe and the evolutionary ingression into novelty, but a kind of map of the future.

This is what Shamanism has always been about. A Shaman is someone who has been to the end. It is someone who knows how the world really works, and knowing how the world really works, means to have risen outside, above, beyond the dimensions of ordinary space-time and cozooistry and actually seen the wiring under the board; stepped outside the confines of learned culture and learned and embedded language into the domain of what Wittgenstein called the unspeakable, the Transcendental presence of the Other, which can be sectioned in various ways to yield systems of knowledge which can be brought back into ordinary social space for the good of the community. So in the context of ninety percent of human culture, the Shaman has been the Agent of Evolution, because the Shaman learns techniques to go between ordinary reality and the domain of the ideas: this higher dimensional continuum that is somehow parallel to us, available to us and yet ordinarily occluded to us by cultural convention out of the fear of the Mystery, I believe, and what the Shamans are, are people who have been able to de-condition themselves from the community’s instinctual distrust of the Mystery, and go into this bewildering Higher Dimension, and gain Knowledge, recover the jewel lost at the Beginning of Time, save souls, cure, commune with the Ancestors and so forth and so on.

Shamanism is not a religion – it’s a set of techniques, and the Principle Technique is the use of psychedelic plants. What psychedelics do is they dissolve boundaries; and in the presence of dissolved boundaries One cannot continue to close One’s eyes to the ruination of the Earth, the poisoning of the seas and the consequences of two thousand years of unchallenged, dominator culture, based on Monotheism, hatred of Nature, suppression of the female and so forth and so on. So, what Shamans have to do is act as exemplars by making this cosmic journey to the domain of the Gaian ideas, and then bringing them back in the form of art, to the struggle to save the world. The planet has a kind of intelligence, that it can actually open a channel of communication with an individual human being. The message that Nature sends is transform your language through a synergy between Electronic culture and the Psychedelic Imagination; a synergy between dance and idea; a synergy between understanding and intuition, and dissolve the boundaries which your culture has sanctioned between you. Become part of this Gaian Supermind.

I mean I think it’s fairly profound, it’s fairly Apocalyptic. History is ending, I mean we are to be the generation that witnesses the Revelation of the purpose of the Cosmos. History is the shockwave of the Eschaton. History is the shockwave of Eschatology. And what this means for those of us who will live through this transition into Hyperspace is that we will be privileged to see the greatest release of compressed change probably since the birth of the Universe. The twentieth Century is the shudder that announces the approaching Cataracts of Time over which our Species and the destiny of this planet is about to be swept.

The emphasis in house music and rave culture on physiologically compatible rhythms, and this sort of thing, is really the re-discovery of the art of Natural Magic with sound. That sound, properly understood, especially percussive sound, can actually change neurological states, and large groups of people getting together in the presence of this kind of music are creating a telepathic community, a bonding, that hopefully will be strong enough to carry the vision out into the mainstream of society. I think the youth culture that is emerging in the nineties is an End of the Millennium culture that is actually summing up Western Civilisation, and pointing us in an entirely different direction; that we are going to arrive in the Third Millennium in the middle of an Archaic revival which will mean a revival of these physiologically empowering rhythm signatures, a new art, a new social vision, a new relationship to nature, to feminism, to ego – all of these things are taking hold…

And not a moment too soon.

RESPONSE: “Conspiracy Theorist? Now tell me the truth, where did you hear that term…on TV? (Laugh.) …So let me get this straight. Are you saying that men in high positions of power are not capable of criminal activity and telling lies to the general public? Are you really that naive?” (Laugh as you say this.)

QUESTION: “I’m not saying that governments don’t lie, but a conspiracy like that would have to involve 100′s of people. You can’t hide something like that.”

RESPONSE: “You’re absolutely right. I agree with you 100%. It is impossible to totally cover up a conspiracy so massive. That’s why I know about it! What you must understand is that they don’t have to cover it up totally. Even a bucket that has a few leaks can still do the job of carrying water from here to there! They only need to fool 80% of the public, which isn’t hard to do when you control the major networks and newspapers. The 10-20% that do figure it out (and the fewer still who will dare to speak their minds about it) can be very easily marginalized with the propaganda label “conspiracy theorist.” The 80% + never take us critical thinkers seriously because they want to be part of the majority. This is known as groupthink. (*Note: When saying “conspiracy theorist”, always hold your two hands up as you make sarcastic quote marks with your fingers.)

QUESTION: (The Ridicule Trick) “That’s ridiculous (as he rolls his eyes). Do you really believe that nonsense?” 

RESPONSE: “Can I ask you an honest question?” (Wait for “yes”) Do you consider yourself an open minded, critical thinking person – yes or no? (Wait for “yes”) Then how can you possibly ridicule an opinion when you haven’t even done 10 minutes of research into the matter? That’s kind of ignorant don’t you think?” (Wait for response.)

QUESTION: “Not everything that happens in the world is a conspiracy!”

RESPONSE: “Not everything is a conspiracy, but nor is NOTHING a conspiracy either. Wouldn’t you agree that we should evaluate each case independently and with an open mind?” (Wait for response.)

QUESTION: “Governments are so incompetant that they can’t even deliver the mail on time or balance a budget. They couldn’t conspire their way out of a paper bag!”.

RESPONSE: “Don’t confuse your incompetant, dim witted Congressman or Senator with the shadow government. The dark covert elements who stage these events are very skilled at carrying out, and concealing, their plots. Take for example the Manhattan Project. Hundreds of the world’s top scientists were holed up in a desert for months as they worked on the Atomic Bomb. This conspiracy was so secretive, that when FDR died and Vice President Truman became President, FDR’s advisors had to inform him of the Project’s existence! So you see, the shadowy intelligence element of the government is VERY capable!”

QUESTION: (The Unresolved Detail Trick) “If this is a conspiracy then explain to me how they managed to do x, y, and z?”

RESPONSE: “I don’t have every missing piece of this puzzle. But I have enough pieces to KNOW that the government-media version is false! Imagine if I gave you a 100 piece jigsaw puzzle, and told you that the image is of a beach in Hawaii. But after snapping 30 pieces together, you notice polar bears, snow capped mountains, and men covered in furs. Although there are still 70 missing pieces, you already have enough to KNOW that the image is NOT that of a beach in Hawaii. It’s the same with solving conspiracies. I may not have all of the details, but I have laid out enough pieces to know that the official story is a lie. Does that make sense to you? (Wait for response.)

QUESTION: “So what? just because “x” happened, or “y” said this, it doesn’t mean it’s a conspiracy. You’re taking a few coincidences and making a conspiracy out of it”.

RESPONSE: “If it were just one or two coincidences, I would agree with you. But when you have a series of 10,15, 20 different anomolies, the law of statistics PROVES that they can’t all be just “coincidence”. For example, if we’re playing dice, and I roll a “7″ to win. That doesn’t mean that my dice are rigged. It’s just a 1 in 6 coincidence. But if I roll a “7″, eight times in a row, then that’s a 1 in 150,000 “coincidence”. You would have to be a fool not to question the integrity of those dice! You do understand probabilities don’t you? (Wait for response.)

QUESTION: (The Isolated Piece of Evidence Trick) “Other than citing some historical events, you still haven’t shown me one piece of evidence that this was a conspiracy. Tell me just one thing that most proves a conspiracy.”

RESPONSE: “That’s a trick question! If I tell you “just one thing”, you’ll just climb on your high horse and dismiss it as a “coincidence”. What I want to show you is TWENTY THINGS! But you’re too closed minded to consider the case in its totality! You won’t even watch a You Tube video let alone read the case! I sure hope you never get selected to serve on a jury! You want everything boiled down to a simplistic media sound byte. Unless you will commit to a few hours of study, I’m wasting my time with you. Why are you so afraid to study this? (Wait for a response.)

QUESTION: “If this were true, the media would be all over it! It would be on the front page of every newspaper in America.”

RESPONSE: “The media, the government, the International bankers, Hollywood, and academia are all part of the same incestuous complex. The media is part of the conspiracy, so why would you expect them to tell you the truth?” (Wait for response.)

QUESTION: “You wouldn’t be able to corrupt so many people. Every reporter and politician would have to be “in on it” in order to cover it up.”

RESPONSE: “The corruption doesn’t come from the outside-in. It comes from the top-down. If the ownership of a major media organization decides that a certain story is to be spiked, or if another story is to be hyped, then the rest of the organization follows. If a low level reporter decides to defy his bosses, he will lose his job and be blacklisted. Remember Helen Thomas? After 50 years as a White House Correspondent, she was dumped like a hot potato for publicly criticizing Israel. The same fearful top-down control works in government and academia as well.

QUESTION: “This is crazy. I don’t believe in conspiracy theories.”

RESPONSE: “You don’t believe it? Or You don’t WANT to believe it? There’s a big difference between the two. The human mind is filled with complexes, one of which is the desire to shield itself from unpleasant truths. You’re afraid that if you look into this, you might see that it’s true. And you’re especially afraid that if you come to agree with me, you too will then become marginalized as a “conspiracy theorist.” It is FEAR that is causing you to close your mind and act like a sheep. Grow a pair and stop being so closed minded!”

QUESTION: “Conspiracy theories appeal to uneducated people because they provide simplistic answers to complex events.”

RESPONSE: “Exactly the OPPOSITE is true! The evaluation of conspiracy theories not only requires much time and study, but also applied logic and critical thinking. It is intellectually lazy people like you who choose to swallow and parrot whatever simplistic narrative that the TV feeds you. Do you ever question anything that the TV feeds you?” (Wait for response.)

QUESTION: “Conspiracy theories appeal to people because they are comforting.”

RESPONSE: “Exactly the OPPOSITE is true. It is far more comforting to believe that certain tragic events happen exactly as the TV says, than to believe in monstrous internal plots beyond our control. Do you actually think that I enjoy believing that such evil exists? You think I like being ridiculed by simple minded family members and friends? Take it from me, the life of a “conspiracy theorist” can actually be quite stressful at times!”

QUESTION: “Don’t believe everything you read on the Internet.”

RESPONSE: “I don’t believe everything that’s on the Internet. But apparently you believe everything that’s on the TV! I only believe those things which are verifiable, and consistent with my own sense of reasoning and logic. The beauty of the Internet is that, unlike the TV that you worship so much, all sides of an issue are presented on the Internet. It allows a critical thinker to figure out what the true story is. The TV doesn’t give you that option. Do you really believe that the media presents the whole story? Are you that naive? (laugh) Remember the fairy tale of the weapons of mass destruction in Iraq? The media shoved that lie down our throats. So why do you trust the media so blindly and not the Internet?”

RESPONSE: “So, according to your twisted logic, because some theories are false, therefore ALL theories are false? I’m astonished that you could make such a stupid and offensive anology! Is that the best you got?” (Wait for response.)

RESPONSE: “I am honoring the dead by pursuing the truth as to who killed them! If someone in your family was killed, wouldn’t you want to know who the true culprit was?” (Wait for response.)

1958 LSD is tested on 95 volunteers at the Army’s Chemical Warfare Laboratories for its effect on intelligence.

1960 The Army Assistant Chief-of-Staff for Intelligence (ACSI) authorizes field testing of LSD in Europe and the Far East. Testing of the european population is code named Project THIRD CHANCE; testing of the Asian population is code named Project DERBY HAT.

1965 Project CIA and Department of Defense begin Project MKSEARCH, a program to develop a capability to manipulate human behavior through the use of mind-altering drugs.

1965 Prisoners at the Holmesburg State Prison in Philadelphia are subjected to dioxin, the highly toxic chemical component of Agent Orange used in Viet Nam. The men are later studied for development of cancer, which indicates that Agent Orange had been a suspected carcinogen all along.

1966 CIA initiates Project MKOFTEN, a program to test the toxicological effects of certain drugs on humans and animals.

1966 U.S. Army dispenses Bacillus subtilis variant niger throughout the New York City subway system. More than a million civilians are exposed when army scientists drop lightbulbs filled with the bacteria onto ventilation grates.

1967 CIA and Department of Defense implement Project MKNAOMI, successor to MKULTRA and designed to maintain, stockpile and test biological and chemical weapons.

1968 CIA experiments with the possibility of poisoning drinking water by injecting chemicals into the water supply of the FDA in Washington, D.C.

1969 Dr. Robert MacMahan of the Department of Defense requests from congress $10 million to develop, within 5 to 10 years, a synthetic biological agent to which no natural immunity exists.

1970 Funding for the synthetic biological agent is obtained under H.R. 15090. The project, under the supervision of the CIA, is carried out by the Special Operations Division at Fort Detrick, the army’s top secret biological weapons facility. Speculation is raised that molecular biology techniques are used to produce AIDS-like retroviruses.

1970 United States intensifies its development of “ethnic weapons” (Military Review, Nov., 1970), designed to selectively target and eliminate specific ethnic groups who are susceptible due to genetic differences and variations in DNA.

1975 The virus section of Fort Detrick’s Center for Biological Warfare Research is renamed the Fredrick Cancer Research Facilities and placed under the supervision of the National Cancer Institute (NCI) . It is here that a special virus cancer program is initiated by the U.S. Navy, purportedly to develop cancer-causing viruses. It is also here that retrovirologists isolate a virus to which no immunity exists. It is later named HTLV (Human T-cell Leukemia Virus).

1977 Senate hearings on Health and Scientific Research confirm that 239 populated areas had been contaminated with biological agents between 1949 and 1969. Some of the areas included San Francisco, Washington, D.C., Key West, Panama City, Minneapolis, and St. Louis.

1978 Experimental Hepatitis B vaccine trials, conducted by the CDC, begin in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Ads for research subjects specifically ask for promiscuous homosexual men.

1981 First cases of AIDS are confirmed in homosexual men in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco, triggering speculation that AIDS may have been introduced via the Hepatitis B vaccine

1985 According to the journal Science (227:173-177), HTLV and VISNA, a fatal sheep virus, are very similar, indicating a close taxonomic and evolutionary relationship.

1986 According to the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (83:4007-4011), HIV and VISNA are highly similar and share all structural elements, except for a small segment which is nearly identical to HTLV. This leads to speculation that HTLV and VISNA may have been linked to produce a new retrovirus to which no natural immunity exists.

1986 A report to Congress reveals that the U.S. Government’s current generation of biological agents includes: modified viruses, naturally occurring toxins, and agents that are altered through genetic engineering to change immunological character and prevent treatment by all existing vaccines.

1987 Department of Defense admits that, despite a treaty banning research and development of biological agents, it continues to operate research facilities at 127 facilities and universities around the nation.

1990 More than 1500 six-month old black and hispanic babies in Los Angeles are given an “experimental” measles vaccine that had never been licensed for use in the United States. CDC later admits that parents were never informed that the vaccine being injected to their children was experimental.

1994 With a technique called “gene tracking,” Dr. Garth Nicolson at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX discovers that many returning Desert Storm veterans are infected with an altered strain of Mycoplasma incognitus, a microbe commonly used in the production of biological weapons. Incorporated into its molecular structure is 40 percent of the HIV protein coat, indicating that it had been man-made.

1994 Senator John D. Rockefeller issues a report revealing that for at least 50 years the Department of Defense has used hundreds of thousands of military personnel in human experiments and for intentional exposure to dangerous substances. Materials included mustard and nerve gas, ionizing radiation, psychochemicals, hallucinogens, and drugs used during the Gulf War .

Robert Murat, originally a suspect in the disappearance of Madeleine McCann, yesterday (5/5/13) made an appeal in the Daily Express for Scotland Yard to stage a filmed reconstruction of all the events surrounding the disappearance of Madeleine McCann. Source

The fact that Robert has made this appeal comes as somewhat of a strange coincidence to me.

You see, after I published an article on Madeleine McCann last week, I received an email from a fella named Stephen Birch. This led to an extremely long phone call and a positive flurry of emails sent back and forth between the two of us.

Course, those of you who have followed the Madeleine McCann disappearance closely will already know who Stephen Birch is.

Never the less, for those of you who don’t, Stephen is a South African property developer who made world headlines after launching his own investigation into Madeleine’s disappearance.

“Why would that make world headlines Spiv?”

Good question.

Stephen made world headlines because he believes that he has found the location where Madeleine is buried.

“So why don’t they dig where Stephen says she’s buried then?  Is the spot under a block of flats or something?”

Now that is the thirty million dollar question.

You see, the spot where Stephen claims Madeleine is buried is extremely easy to dig up and extremely easy to put back as it was found. So why indeed?

The simple answer to that is that no one is willing to allow it. You can make your own mind up as to why that is in due course.

However, the first thing that you should know is that Stephen Birch is not a conspiracy theorist. At least not in the generally perceived description of the word.

Secondly, and as Stephen quite rightly points out, it isn’t for him to say how and why Madeleine came to be buried where he believes she is, although digging up that spot would certainly put an end to an awful lot of speculation and rumour.

And this is why I said at the beginning of this article that Robert Murat’s appeal is somewhat of a strange coincidence.  You see, Stephen Birch believes that Madeleine’s body is buried in the grounds of Murat’s villa approximately 174 meters from the McCann’s holiday apartment.

“So what makes Stephen think this?”

Well, under cover of darkness and using the latest, most sophisticated, up to date ground radar technology available, Stephen discovered disturbed ground under a gravel driveway laid in early 2008 at the rear of the Murat property.

Entering the property and using a ground-penetrating MALÅ machine, I established that the infant was buried approximately 500mm below the surface of the newly-constructed driveway and next to a row of uneven trees.

Now, what you have to understand is that Stephens’s findings have been checked and double checked by experts and all are in agreement that there is a body of some sort buried there. Had that not been the case, then Stephen would have just been dismissed as another crank.

The following is what the Portuguese newspaper Correio da Manhã had to say on the matter:

Stephen Birch is defined as a person who is a perfectionist, who does not give up, even when everything is complicated. “I learned this from my father,” he said to CM, explaining the fact of wanting to bring the investigation to an end. “I think the child died accidentally and was buried the same evening as was advocated by Gonçalo Amaral,” said the manager, explaining, however, that he is motivated by the discovery of the body and not by the contours of the disappearance. “I am convinced that the body is buried there (…), it is essential that the police watch this place, because someone can go there at night to remove the body,” advanced Stephen Birch.

After an exhaustive study of the whole Maddie McCann process, the Cape Town manager believes that the case does not involve just one person. “The man who buried Maddie there had help from another person, who was familiar with the house, who knew that the dogs were restrained.” Still, Birch is convinced that neither Murat nor his family members are involved in the disappearance. “It was the only house there unprotected, that anyone could access,” he explained.

Now, so as there can be absolutely no misunderstanding here, I feel that it is important to repeat that: Despite the body being buried on the Murat property and Robert Murat having been at one point, suspect number 1, Stephen does not believe that Murat had anything whatsoever to do with either Madeline’s abduction, death or burial.

Never the less, Murat refuses permission to let anyone dig where Stephen claims the body to be.

“Surely then, that fact points towards Murat having something to hide?”

Well yes, you might think so.

However, things are never that straight forward.

You see, what you have to understand is that Robert Murat’s life was turned upside down having originally fallen under the police spotlight as the prime suspect in the abduction of a 3 year old little girl.

Now, according to Stephen Birch, it isn’t in everyone’s best interest if Madeleine’s body is found. I will clarify what he means by that in due course.

And, with this being the case, Stephen Birch is of the opinion that Murat may have had pressure put on him by certain powerful people not to allow the dig to go ahead.

Think about it?

If Murat knows for a fact that Madeline is not buried there, why not just let Birch’s team or whoever have a dig… Remember, Stephen’s claim has been verified by independent experts and has also made international news headlines around the world.

In fact, many of these newspapers have even called on the Portuguese government to excavate the Murat drive. All to no avail.

The following is taken from the Huffington Post:

Stephen Birch, a South African real estate developer and self-styled investigator, says he has found what could be a burial site below the surface using ground-penetrating radar.

Birch, who has invested $50,000 of his own money investigating the case, has asked Portuguese authorities to excavate the area, and three experts contacted by HuffPost Crime agreed that this would be the appropriate action.

Nevertheless, Portuguese authorities refuse to act on the information.

Most surprisingly of all – or not as the case may be – the McCann’s are not pushing for the dig to go ahead either. The following is also taken from that Huffington Post article:

The Huffington Post notified the Office of the Prime Minister and Portugal’s judicial police about the experts’ opinions. Neither agency responded to a request for comment.

Carter-Ruck, the law firm representing Madeleine’s parents Kate and Gerry McCann, said they stand behind the decision of the authorities not to dig. Read More

I personally find both the Portuguese government’s stance and the McCann’s inertia on this matter both incredible and inexplicable given the evidence and location.

In fact, quite bizarrely, on the day that the story broke, Kate McCann chose to fly off to India following a reported sighting of Madeline rather than fly to Portugal.

Moreover, having spent nearly 20 years earlier on in my life as a builder, I can confirm that the task of excavating the site would be quick and easy to repair.

After all, whatever is buried there is less than two foot down. The drive itself is constructed of a thin layer of tarmac topped with pebbles. That fact alone is somewhat suspect, in so much as a pebbled driveway is not usually laid over tarmac.

In fact, Stephen believes that the reason for the tarmac underlay was because Murat’s dogs kept trying to dig up the body, what with it being buried so shallow.

Course, it may not even be necessary to dig up the drive!

You see, the decision to dig or not could surely be settled easily by inserting a probe into the alleged burial site. Yet neither the Portuguese government nor Robert Murat will even agree to the ground being probed… Why not?

The only reasonable answer can be that; if the dig did go ahead and Madeleine’s body was found, then a whole manner of complex issues would be opened up. Especially, if as Stephen says; Murat had nothing to do with Madeleine’s death or burial.

With that in mind, if the Portuguese and British authorities didn’t want Madeleine’s body found, how easy would it be to put the frighteners on Murat – what with him being named by the Tapas 9 as being responsible – if she is buried on his property?

Exactly!

Now, as I said in the article that I published last week (http://www.chrisspivey.co.uk/?p=11400): I don’t believe for a second that the McCann’s are telling the truth, especially when it comes down to the abduction itself.

Never the less, the McCann case is like no other that I know of in terms of the calibre of those leaping to defend the McCann’s.

That is to say that the McCann’s are not only being publically defended by those at the very highest echelons of the British Government and the Royal Family, they are also receiving financial backing from some of England’s richest people and receiving legal advice from some of the country’s finest legal minds.

Why?

After all, once you read the evidence against the McCann’s, you could be forgiven for coming to the conclusion that it is all pretty damming. So damming in fact, that you would have thought that those rushing to the McCann’s defence would have instead been running the other way.

“So why aren’t they?”

Again, good question.

I will leave you to decide the answer to that, but according to Stephen Birch, it’s all about money.

Stephen maintains that Robert Murat is a very worried man who is caught up “between the UK and Portugal, protecting the McCann’s to save £7000 000 000 pounds worth of bi-lateral trade after Portuguese Police planted DNA in the McCann’s hire car and the UK Police lied about the DNA results”. I shall elaborate on this in due course but you can read more about that trade agreement HERE   

Course, the why’s and wherefores as to how Madeline came to be buried in Robert Murat’s driveway are relatively unimportant to Stephens claim. I say that because, it is not his job to say how Madeleine died or who – if anyone – killed her.

Having said that, Stephen has furnished me with answers to certain questions that I asked him. After all, in order for his claim to have any credibility, the possibility of his claim being true has to have feasibility.

Certainly, one thing that we are both agreed on is that Gerry and Kate McCann’s story does not hold water.

The official version of events for those unfamiliar with the case are as follows:

According to GERALD PATRICK McCANN & KATE MARIE McCANN nee HEALY, sometime between the hours of 8.30 and 10 PM on May the 3^rd 2007 their 3 year old daughter MADELEINE BETH MCCANN was abducted by person or persons unknown from their Portuguese holiday apartment at the ‘Ocean Club’ tourist resort, Vila da Luz.

The McCann’s had arrived in Portugal with Madeleine and their two other children, 2yr old twins SEAN and AMELIE  McCANN on the 28^th of April for a week’s stay with 7 friends and their respective children.

Collectively these 9 adults have been dubbed by the media as ‘The Tapas 9’ being as they were all dinning together at a Tapas restaurant located in the Ocean Club resort, on the night Madeleine ‘disappeared’. The Tapas 9 are named as being:

• Dr. Gerry McCann (Click here)
• Dr. Kate McCann (Click here)
• Dr. David Payne (Click here)
• Dr. Fiona Payne (Click here)
• Dianne Webster (Click here)
• Dr. Russell O’Brien (Click here)
• Jane Tanner (Click here)
• Dr. Matthew Oldfield (Click here)
• Rachael Oldfield (Click here)

Now, apart from David Payne & his wife, all of the above had apartments on the ground floor at the resort. The party maintain that one of their number left the restaurant to check on all of their children at least once every half hour.

The Payne’s however, had a ‘baby monitor’ with them and as such only the party’s children asleep in apartments located on the ground floor were checked on.

Gerry McCann describes the distance between their apartment and the restaurant as being likened to “eating in your back garden”. However, it should be noted that the restaurant is outside of the specific area of the apartments and does not afford a complete view of them.

Now, bearing in mind that both Gerry & Kate McCann are doctors and therefore supposedly well read, I feel sure that they must have known about Portugal’s reputation as the paedophile capital of Europe. If on the slight chance that they didn’t then surely someone else within their party must have been aware of the fact.

Moreover, as doctors, they must have known that it is a no, no to leave children on their own, regardless of their relatively close proximity to their apartment. It is in fact a criminal offence to do so in Portugal and as such, the McCann’s were lucky not to have been charged with the crime.

Furthermore, at least in my opinion, leaving a 3yr old and two 2 yr olds alone in the apartment given its vulnerable position to the main street (see picture) can only be classed a gross negligence.

Mind you, judging by the official police report, it would appear that the holiday was more for the McCann’s own benefit with their children’s enjoyment coming secondary. The itinerary for the McCann children on May 3^rd2007 (the day Madeleine disappeared) according to what Gerry McCann told the Portuguese police was as follows:

-          They woke up around 07:30 AM, had breakfast in the apartment, going out at around 09:00AM.

-          Soon after, they left their children at the nursery, until 12:30PM.

-          Around 2:30PM, after lunch, they put their children back at the nursery, this time until 5:00PM.

-          At 5:30PM, they did the children’s hygiene, and had them settled in their respective beds by 7:30PM, all in the same bedroom.

-          At 8:30PM, the couple went out to the restaurant.

Now, maybe it’s just me, but going on that schedule, which from what I have read was par for the course where the McCann children were concerned, it’s hardly what I would describe as being a family holiday. However, as I say; maybe that is just me.

The McCann’s apartment consisted of two bedrooms (Madeleine & the twins slept in one, Kate & Gerry in the other), a kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom with easy access to the street from both the front and the back – where there is a small balcony and a sliding door.

According to the official police report, Gerry McCann, in his witness statement said that at approximately 9.05 – 9.15PM, he  went to check on the children, noticing that all was normal and that the window and the blinds were closed. However, he noted that the door to the room seemed more opened than when he had left. In a later statement, McCann said that he had sensed that there was someone in the room.

Furthermore, Jane Tanner says in her statement that while heading for her apartment at around 9.20PM she walked passed Gerry who was chatting to Jez Wilkins a man he had met earlier in the day. She also states that she noticed an individual walking down the road, carrying a child in his arms. She described him as being aged around 30 to 40, with dark hair and wearing light coloured trousers.

At 9.30 PM Matthew Oldfield went to the McCann’s apartment to check on the children, but he only saw the twins, given the fact that he did not enter the room. In order to see MADELEINE’S bed, he would have had to step inside the room. Never the less, he says that he did not detect anything out of the ordinary.

At around 10PM, when Kate went to the apartment she found that MADELEINE had disappeared, and that the window and shutters of the bedroom were open.

After 10 minutes of frantic searching inside the apartment and the immediate external area, one of their friends who had also alerted the resort manager called the Portuguese Police, according to Gerry McCann.

Those then are the true facts according to the so called Tapas 9 which were given in witness statements taken by the police on March 4^th 2007.

However, exactly how true those facts are remains a matter of speculation. It certainly is not true that the police were called after 10 minutes of frantic searching.

In fact, according to Police Lieutenant-Colonel, Costa Cabral, the first call to the GNR (National Republican Guard) wasn’t received until 22.40 hours and a call was not put through to the actual PJ (Polícia Judiciária) until nearly 2 hours after Madeleine’s disappearance.

The police stated that officers arrived within 10 minutes of being alerted, and an investigation unit began work within 30 minutes. Staff and guests at the complex searched until 04:30 while at the same time, police on the Spanish border and all airports in Portugal and Spain were notified.

It is also a well-established fact that the McCann’s themselves did not search outside of the holiday complex after discovering that Madeleine was missing. I suppose it could be said that with a small army of people already actively looking, that there wasn’t a need for them to join in.

However, I have to say that I personally find this fact quite implausible considering there was nearly a 2 hour window of opportunity to do so prior to the PJ being called.

Kate McCann obviously agrees that by not searching for her missing daughter immediately following her disappearance could be seen by some as being inappropriate. At least this would appear to be the case going on what she wrote in her book ‘Madeleine’.

On page 83 of that book, she writes, “As soon as it was light Gerry and I resumed our search”. Since they did not search for Madeleine on the previous night, how did they ‘resume’ a search?

Moreover, when Oprah Winfrey asked Kate McCann – point blank – why she didn’t go out to search that night, McCann positively squirmed.

The following is what she said in response to Oprah’s question:

Kate: It was so dark…

Oprah: uh huh…

Kate: it was dark, erm I’ve never had such a long night it was dark and you’re just praying for the light you know to come up to get out there it’s just…

There are a lot more discrepancies in the McCann’s account of March 3^rd 2007. So many in fact that many people now believe that the McCann’s know exactly what happened to Madeleine and that the seven other members of the so called Tapas 9 are covering up for them.

The Portuguese police authorities certainly believed this to be the case. After re-interviewing Kate McCann on the 6^th & 7^th of September 2007 and Gerry McCann on the 7^th of September 2007, both had their status as witnesses changed to that of suspects.

By that time, the McCann’s were already being booed everywhere they went by the increasingly hostile Portuguese public who were convinced Gerry & Kate had something to hide.

On the 9^th of September 2007, the McCann’s who had vowed not to return to England until they knew what had happened to Madeleine caught a plane home. From that point onwards, the McCann’s and their wealthy supporters began laying the blame for their daughter not being found, firmly on the incompetence of the Portuguese police –Something the British media were only too happy to also capitalise on.

But were the Portuguese Police incompetent? From what I have read, they were not. Certainly no more incompetent than our own Police force anyway.

If you think about it logically, the Portuguese authorities had the eyes of the world on their handling of this high profile disappearance. They were also mindful to their countries notorious reputation as a paedophiles paradise and the damage this tag could do to their much needed tourist industry.

Therefore, the Portuguese police, if anything would have been under instructions to be thorough in the investigation. The British criticism of the PJ did not begin in earnest until after the McCann’s were made formal suspects. In fact, it is fair to say that up until that point the British authorities were full of praise at the way the investigation was being handled.

The McCann’s are as much to blame as anyone else for hindering the investigation. In the two hours in between Madeleine disappearing and the PJ arriving, their apartment was practically turned upside down in the search for the missing girl thus possibly cross contaminating vital evidence and destroying possible clues.

As Doctors, the McCann’s must have known the need to preserve a crime scene and the need to get the Police involved as quickly as possible. Neither Gerry nor Kate can fall back on the excuse of ‘not thinking straight’ due to their haste in trying to find their daughter. Once again, as Doctors, if anything, they should have thrived under the pressure.

The investigation was further hampered by the… Shall we say, ‘inconsistencies’, in regards to the witness statements taken from the Tapas 9 in comparison to those taken from people unconnected with the group.
Further hindrances were brought about by the number of ‘Red Herrings’ and reported ‘sightings’ of Madeleine in the days, weeks and months following her disappearance. All of these dead ends and sightings had to be rigorously investigated.

However, by September 07, the PJ were so certain that the McCann’s were involved in their own daughter’s disappearance that they became the focus of the investigation.

Now, I have to be very careful how I word this for obvious reasons, but: In view of what I now know, I truly believe that Madeleine died in the McCann holiday apartment.

I must stress however, that by saying that, I am not accusing the McCann’s or anyone else mentioned in this article of killing her. Never the less, once you have read the following, I am sure you will agree that the PJ’s suspicions about the McCann’s are not without foundation

You first have to question why the McCann’s chose to leave three children, all under the age of four, alone, in an unlocked apartment on an easily accessible holiday resort, when the holiday complex offered a babysitting service.

After all, this ‘Home Alone’ thing wasn’t a one off. The McCann’s had been leaving their three children alone at night from the word go.

This was verified by the Sunday Mirror on August 5^th 2007 after they had asked Kate McCann whether leaving the kids on their own was the right thing to do. This is how the newspaper described her response:

She says they felt so safe at the “family-friendly” resort they didn’t think twice about leaving Madeleine and the twins – and she reveals how they’d left them alone every evening as they ate dinner in the week until Madeleine was taken on a Thursday night.

I find it strange that Kate felt that way about the holiday complex since she appears to describe it in the exact opposite way as her holiday companion Rachel Oldfield describes it. When asked about the checks being made on the children, she said this:

“I didn’t really like going up there by myself, it was, like going through that car park was quite dark and there was never anyone around, it was a bit, you know made me feel a bit uneasy”.

It has also been established, that Madeleine herself was overheard telling her mother off a few days before she disappeared for leaving her and the twins alone whist she went out… All to no avail, I am afraid to say.

Moreover, Pamela Fenn who on the night in question was occupying the apartment directly above the McCann’s, contradicts their claim that they checked on their children every half hour.

In her statement to the PJ, Pamela says that on the 1^st of May 2007 (2 nights before Madeleine went missing) she heard a child whom she took to be Madeleine, crying continually for 1hr 15mins.

Pamela further maintains that the crying only stopped when Gerry & Kate arrived home (Mrs Fenn heard the door open and close and puts the time at around 11:45PM).

That Mrs Fenn had the audacity to contradict the McCann’s claim of half-hourly checks certainly got up Kate McCann’s nose. In her book ‘Madeleine’, Kate does not even offer Pamela the curtsy of using her name and is altogether quite disparaging towards Mrs Fenn.

Instead, Kate describes Pamela as being “the elderly tenant of the flat above apartment 5A” and as the woman with a “plummy voice“.

Kate also admitted that she and Fiona Payne verbally abused Mrs Fenn because of her reaction to the commotion in Apartment 5A  on the night of the 3rd of May.

The McCann’s also shot their selves in the foot with how they entered the apartment. The following in regards to this matter is taken from the website, http://truthformadeleine.com/2011/05/the-facts-versus-the-fiction/

“Early stories from the McCann’s claimed that they entered the apartment through the front door adjacent to the car park and opposite the poolside tapas bar.

This alibi subsequently changed when observers noticed that this would have meant the McCann children were all locked inside apartment 5A and therefore would be at risk if a fire broke out inside the apartment.

The change in alibi was that the McCann’s switched to claiming that they entered the apartment through the patio doors.

This aspect is not without problems and it doesn’t seem to be logical. The patio doors only lock from inside the apartment. On page 45 of Madeleine, Kate claims “after the first couple of days we barely used the front door, coming and going through the patio doors and up and down the steps.”

Is Kate really suggesting that each time the family left the apartment they left it unlocked with all their possessions inside? Who goes on a holiday and leaves their room or apartment unlocked like that? It makes no sense and this change in the alibi seems to be another part of Kate’s revisionist history”.

It is in fact; fair to say that there has been a lot of criticism at the way both Gerry and Kate McCann have behaved since Madeleine has disappeared. Indeed, many professional people have been openly critical about the couple. And rightly so in my mind.

One of those openly critical of the McCann’s is the forensic psychologist Dr. Christian Lüdke who leads a company in Essen, supporting the victims of robberies, kidnappings, accidents or disasters.

Dr Lüdke spoke with WELT ONLINE about the McCann’s. The following is a transcript of that conversation:

WELT ONLINE: You have warned, since early on, that the behaviour of Gerry and Kate McCann indicates their involvement in the crime. What has made you feel that way?

Christian Lüdke: I have, in recent years, cared for many parents who lost their children due to acts of violence. Most of them were under severe shock, feeling helpless, desperate and withdrawn. Many also quarralled. They blamed themselves hugely for not having looked after their child adequately.

WELT ONLINE: It was different with the McCanns?

Lüdke: They live very differently. In public, they are harmonious. Already, after only a few days they went jogging, as if that was a normal thing to do, always appearing together. These parents took matters into their own hands instead of leaving matters in the hands of the police. They distanced themselves from their two other children by going on a European tour, that to me is very strange.

WELT ONLINE: Maybe it was an accident?

Lüdke: No. In such a case, after the first shock, they would have trusted the police. Both parents are doctors, in case of an accident they would have tried to get help. It is even more unrealistic that of all people two doctors would leave 3 children alone in a strange environment, even more at night. I have many doctors as patients. As professionals they know all that can happen to children, and as parents they are overly protective.

WELT ONLINE: What could have been the motive to cause their own daughter’s disappearance?

Lüdke: There are parents who have little or no emotional bond with a child. Often such a child is considered a burden that must be dealt with in a brutal or perverted way. The best known is Münchhausen Syndrome by Proxy: The mother tortures the child until it is almost dead and then calls for the police because she herself has a great desire to receive attention.

WELT ONLINE: Do you think it is possible that Madeleine’s parents have killed Madeleine and together hidden her?

Lüdke: I believe both parents know what happened.

Based upon what I have seen, heard, and read, I have to agree with Dr Ludke’s claim that; “I believe both parents know what happened [to Madeleine]”.

Now, by all accounts, Madeleine was an extremely bright, perceptive, and lively child and since her disappearance, it has become a matter of public record that Kate McCann found Madeleine very difficult to control.

She allegedly admitted to The Portuguese magazine ‘ Flash’ that she found the first 6months of Madeleine life“very difficult” and that the little girl would  run around “screaming and shouting for my attention”.

Pamela Fenn, who was in an apartment above the family on May 3 – the night Madeleine disappeared – is  also allegedly quoted as saying that she believed Mrs McCann sometimes became violent and “out of control” in the room below. She further claimed, “The little girl’s screams calling for her daddy were very audible”.

The Portuguese newspapers also quoted another witness as saying that Mrs McCann “seemed to have moments of aggressiveness towards her children” and that her husband, “though more absent, had more emotional control”.

Not that Gerry McCann appeared to be a very ‘hands on Dad’. Sources claim that Kate would be left to look after the three children (when they were in the couples care) while Gerry “played tennis or laid by the pool”.

You can get a glimpse of what Gerry McCann can be like on a video that has appeared on YouTube, which was shot by one of the Tapas 9 while they were actually embarking on the holiday.

In the video, which you can watch by clicking on the link HERE Gerry, in front of his and the others children sullenly tells the camera operator to “Fuck Off” after he tells McCann to “cheer up… You’re supposed to be on holiday”.

There is also a dispute over the time that Gerry alleges that he and his wife joined the other 7 at the Tapas restaurant. Gerry told the Police that they got to the restaurant at 8.30PM. However, this contradicts the time given in many witness statements, which puts the McCann’s arrival for their evening meal at nearly 9PM.

If this is true, you have to question why Gerry would go back to check on his children at 9:05 PM, which is also what he claims in his witness statement. This is just one of many glaring errors in the McCann’s testimony that led them to becoming the main suspects in the case.

However, Stephen Birch is of the opinion that the McCanns got to the restaurant at around 8.15-8.20 PM and that Gerry and Jane Tanner returned to apartment 5A at around 8.40PM.

The Portuguese police revealed that the last time Madeleine was seen alive was at 6PM on the 3rd of May. The lead investigator Goncalo Amaral believes that Gerry & Kate did not arrive at the Tapas Restaurant until 9PM. It is in this 3-hour window of opportunity that Amaral believes – or allegedly believes – that Kate McCann killed her daughter.

Goncalo says that Kate’s version of events did not add up from the start. He says that at 22.00 Hours Kate took the shortest route from the Tapas Restaurant back to the apartment. On discovering that the window was open and Madeleine was missing, Kate then left the apartment again (Leaving the twins in the apartment with the window open and the door unlocked) and took the longer route back to the Tapas bar in order to raise the alarm.
Goncalo questions why Kate did this when she could have stood on the veranda and simply shouted out to her husband that Madeleine was missing. Instead, Kate is alleged to have told her husband and the others; “We let her down”.
Those words – “We let her down” – at first glance would appear to be nonsensical. However, you have to remember that the Tapas 9 are almost exclusively in the medical profession and as Amaral points out, “we let her/him down” is a common term used in medical practice meaning that ‘he/she is dead’.

All of the Tapas 9 except Kate McCann state that they used the McCann apartment’s front door to check on the Children. This is where the second anomaly kicks in. In order to get to the apartments front door coming from the direction of the Tapas Restaurant, you have to walk  passed the apartment’s patio doors, which we now know were unlocked.

Gerry McCann says that he entered the apartment via the front door on the occasion where he ‘sensed’ an intruder. This was despite the fact that he was “Busting for the loo”. If he did sense that there was someone behind the door, you have to question why he didn’t check. This was his children’s bedroom after all.

However, Amaral dismisses Gerry’s claim that he even stood at the bedroom door to check on the children. Certainly, it would be impossible for an intruder to be behind the door with it opened enough for McCann to see in since the said door opens flat against a cupboard.

Course, they could have just been saying that they entered via the front door as damage limitation. Never the less, with a 3-year-old child missing, it was not the time to muddy the waters.

Those sequences of events just do not add up being as there are far too many inconsistencies in their story.

Moreover, Stephen and I are far from the only ones who think so.

PORTUGUESE police are concentrating on what they claim is a missing half hour in accounts of the night Madeleine disappeared.

The McCanns told detectives they believed they arrived at the Tapas restaurant at 8.30pm.

But months into the investigation, Portuguese detectives now allege they did not turn up until almost 30 minutes later.

Friends’ statements show there may be differences of opinion over what time Kate and Gerry arrived with some of the pals stating it was just before 9pm.

Police want to quiz the couple again over what they call the “missing half hour”.

A police source said: “We believe the timetable of events that evening is crucial to the inquiry. We want to know how they could make such a mistake over the time they arrived.”

Early on in the investigation, the McCann’s said they got to the restaurant at 8.30pm.

Based on arrival timings given by their dining companions, that would mean the tragic couple arrived first before their friends.

But police sources say statements given by those pals show the McCanns arrived just before 9pm—and that by then all of their friends were already there.

The statements claim that Russell O’Brien, Jane Tanner, Matthew and Rachel Oldfield were first to arrive at around 8.45pm.

At 8.55 David and Fiona Payne were said to have turned up with Fiona’s mum, Diane Webster.

Some statements indicate that the McCann’s turned up two or three minutes after the Paynes.

If these new timings are accurate police are questioning why Gerry would go back and check the children just 5 minutes later.

He is reported as saying he checked the apartment and all three children were sleeping at 9.05pm.

This was confirmed when on his way back he stopped to speak to Jeremy Wilkins, another guest at the resort he had met playing tennis earlier in the week.

At 9.10pm Jane Tanner said she crossed Gerry’s path on her way to check her own children.

Around that time she says she saw a man carrying away a child she now believes was Madeleine.

She describes the man as aged 35, dark-haired. wearing beige trousers and black shoes. She said the girl, who appeared to be sleeping, was toddler age, bare-footed and wearing pink pyjamas like Madeleine’s.

No one else out that night reported seeing this man.

Portuguese cops have piled on the agony for the McCanns by retracing their steps and naming them both as official suspects. They believe the couple may have been involved in the disappearance of three-year-old Madeleine. And they think one may be covering up for the other.

Officers are probing a “three-hour window of opportunity” on the theory that during this time Madeleine was killed in the apartment and her body hidden somewhere nearby.

It starts the last time the children were seen alive by anyone but their parents and ends when Kate and Gerry were seen in public.

The last time Madeleine was seen alive was by staff at the Ocean Club creche at 6pm.

The McCann’s were then alone with their children for almost three hours at the most if they did arrive at the Tapas restaurant at 9pm.A police source said: “The couple are being monitored to see how they react to every new piece of information they receive.

“The pressure has slowly been mounting on the McCanns over the last month as new information has been fed into the inquiry.” Sources say the couple have been kept under surveillance following the discovery by a dog of the smell of death in their apartment on August 1.

Police now claim they have detected blood in a Renault Scenic car hired by the McCanns 24 days after Maddie’s disappearance.

During questioning, GP Kate was asked why she had washed Madeleine’s favourite toy “Cuddle Cat”. Cops believe she was trying to hide forensic evidence of her daughter’s death.

The police claim the smell of a corpse was found on Kate’s T-shirt, jeans and on Cuddle Cat.

Kate says she washed the toy on August 5—four days after police dogs picked up “the scent of death”.

She insists she washed the toy simply because it was covered in dirt and sun tan lotion.

Portuguese police are relying heavily on a Cracker-style profiler who has been studying the McCanns’ behaviour. The profiler has reportedly claimed that he suspects that the couple, from Rothley, Leics, could be “distracting” themselves from the horror of what they might have done by getting involved in the massive media campaign.

Doubts have also been cast over the lack of emotion and the controlled composure of the couple since their daughter disappeared.

The profiler has told cops that this matches that of a couple who are united and focused in a bid to cover up a tragedy.

But former Chief Inspector Albert Kirby, who led the hunt to trap the killers of toddler James Bulger, said: “There is very little time for the McCanns to have murdered their daughter and disposed of her body.

“And they would have had to carry her body a short distance away and concealed it without anyone spotting them. The body would have also had to remain concealed and unfound for a long time despite the police search.

“The Portuguese police must believe that one of them managed to conceal the body in a flat or a bush.”

Course, woe betides anyone who voices concern at the McCann’s strange behaviour. Yet surely, all anyone wants is to find out what has happened to Madeline and bring closure to this tragic case?

Instead, the McCann’s retain Carter-Ruck, possibly the most powerful, feared and expensive litigation Law firm in England to act as Rottweiler’s, ready to pounce on anyone who dare challenge the anomalies in their clients version of events… So, it’s a dam good job that I don’t scare easy then isn’t it, because challenge, I do.

For a start, I find things like Kate McCann’s facial contraction when ITV’s Philip Schofield  mentions Stephen Birch’s name extremely strange. You can see that reaction of Kate’s for yourselves at about 8 seconds into a YouTube video clip which can be found HERE.

So why did Kate’s face contract?

I mean, it isn’t as if Stephen Birch has been making a nuisance of himself by constantly badgering the McCanns.

I will also remind you that on the 11^th of May 2007 Gerry McCann said; “we will leave no stone unturned in the search for our daughter, Madeleine.”

Gerry’s vow was backed up on the 20^th June 2008 by the McCann spokesman Clarence Mitchell, who said: ”Kate and Gerry have always said that they will do whatever is necessary to find Madeleine and that they will leave no stone unturned in their search for their daughter.

“They will take whatever legal steps are necessary if there is information out there that can assist their private investigation into finding Madeleine. Beyond that I cannot make any comment.”

Yet four years later on  July the 10^th 2012, when asked on live TV about Stephen Birch’s evidence, Kate McCann’s face contracted, she became very uncomfortable and said “…I mean, who is this person at the end of the day, you know, so…”.

Her reaction makes no sense does it?

The man is trying to help her find her missing daughters body for crying out loud… At vast cost to himself I hasten to add.

He hasn’t been hostile to her and he hasn’t accused her of murdering Madeleine.

If anyone should have the hump, it is Robert Murat since Stephen had to sneak onto the property in order to get the crucial evidence.

Certainly, David Lohr, the senior crime reporter with the Huffington Post was as perplexed as I am. In fact, Lohr took things a step further and wrote to the McCann’s solicitors Carter Ruck:

Dear Sir,

My Name is David Lohr. I am a journalist with The Huffington Post (AOL News) in the United States.

It is my understanding that you represent the McCann’s.

On July 6, 2012, Mr. Stephen Birch announced he had used ground penetrating radar to possibly find the remains of Madeleine McCann buried beneath the rear gravel driveway of the property known as Casa Liliana and owned by the mother of Robert Murat.

Mr. Birch presented Portugal’s attorney with his findings and petitioned the office of the Prime Minister to excavate the driveway. However, Portuguese police have refused to excavate a 6m x 6m gravel driveway, to determine if the infant is in fact buried there.

I have received scans from Mr. Birch’s analysis of the driveway with ground penetrating radar. I have shown the images to three independent experts in the U.S. who are trained in locating human remains in the ground. All three agree there is an anomaly in the ground and that it should be excavated to rule it out.

Do you have any comment for the article? Do your clients support excavating the ground? If not, could you explain why they would not at least want to rule it out?

Now, it has to be said that Carter Ruck’s response made little sense when you take into consideration the following:

• Robert Murat had already been cleared as a suspect/ arguido for more than 6 months, when Kate McCann wrote in her diary for world publication; “I still think Robert is involved with the abduction of Madeleine”.
• Three of the Tapas 9 have accused Robert Murat of being present on the night Madeleine disappeared.
• That Gerry McCann had been seen less than 20 meters from Robert Murat’s backyard at 10.15 pm on the night in question by Neil Berry and Rajh Balu who were sat on the balcony of their holiday apartment.
• That Robert Murat, in a telephone conversation with Martin Brunt from Sky News (available in the Portuguese Police records at McCann PJ Files), desperately pleaded for help and said that he was being framed by the Tapas 9.
• That the Metropolitan Police informed the McCann’s of Stephen’s findings the day before they were released to the press, yet the McCann’s elected to ignore them and chose to investigate an unlikely sighting in India instead.
• That the McCann’s had repeatedly called the Portuguese Police incompetent, yet in this case, elected to go with the Police view that Madeleine was not buried in the Murat yard, despite at that time no official police verification having been done to establish the credibility of Stephen’s findings – which still remains the case to date.
• That a known benefactor of the McCann’s, who paid for several detective agencies to search for Madeleine, allegedly flew down to Praia da Luz with his attorney, at great legal cost to himself, and met with Robert Murat  and his attorney Francisco Pagarette behind closed doors, after Murat had been cleared.
• That two key witness statements have still not been made public. These unreleased statements pertain to the one given to police by Michael James Sperrey and the second statement given to police by Stephen Carpenter. At the time of Madeleine’s disappearance, Carpenter was staying at Fugi Palms flat FP02, a ground floor apartment and Sperrey was staying at flat FP05 on the first floor. Both flats look straight into Robert Murat’s back garden and are less than 8 meters from Robert’s rear wire fence line.

Now, with regard to the “expertise of the British and Portuguese Police” by whom Carter Ruck state that the McCann’s are now happy to be guided; I certainly find this a strange state of affairs.

You see, according to Stephen Birch, having submitted a report of his findings to the Portuguese Attorney General stating that he believed Madeleine was buried under the Murat’s rear gravel driveway, The Portuguese Prime Minister, Pedro Passos Coelho replied stating  that;  the University of Averio had searched the Murat rear yard using ground penetrating radar machinery.

However, Stephen claims that this would have been impossible given the fact that the University of Averio would have conducted this search sometime between May and October 2007.

Stephen further claims and backs with photographic evidence, that throughout the given time period there was building rubble piled up over where he alleges Madeleine is buried, with the drive not being laid until sometime in early 2008.

Now, since ground penetrating radar is mounted on a base similar in style to say a lawnmower, in order to scan that area where the rubble pile was at that time, two wheels would need to be lifted off the ground, tilting the machine thus making scanning downwards impossible.

Scanning of ground with any radar machine, needs to be done over a relatively flat surface of which The Mala ground penetrating radar machine – the type Stephen used – is the best in the world.

So what is going on?

What indeed.

Stephen Birch certainly has no doubt in his mind what is going on. Moreover, having set out his findings in writing, originally intended for my eyes only, I have to agree that they are wholly credible.

So, after further consultation with Stephen – and boy can Stephen talk – I have persuaded him to let me republish these findings in part.

Unfortunately, I cannot publish Stephens findings pertaining to how Madeline died and who buried her, for obvious reasons. Had they been my findings, who knows – apart from me of course.

I have also had to do some censoring and minor editing on what I am able to publish, albeit there is still plenty of food for thought.

However, it is extremely important to remember that Stephen’s hypothesis is based in part, on speculation and was only submitted to me by way of explanation as to how Madeleine came to be buried in the Murat drive. I will also, once again remind you that it is not for Stephen to prove how and why Madeleine died

I will also reiterate what I said earlier that neither me or Stephen are accusing anyone mentioned in this article of murdering Madeleine. Having said that; not everyone is as innocent as they would have you believe. With that in mind, here is what Stephen told me:

The body of Madeleine McCann lies buried approximately 600mm below the Murat rear gravel driveway.

In June 2012 I flew into Lisbon, Portugal with a surveillance team and conducted surveillance of the property known as Casa Liliana, owned by Jenny Murat. Jenny Murat is the mother of Robert Murat a previous suspect in the matter.

From my initial investigation that lasted fourteen months, I determined that the case was a simple localized crime and not an international case.

The members of the Tapas 9 had never been to Praia da Luz before, and had no mode of transport.

 All my investigations led me to believe that the motivation for the holidaymakers choosing Praia da Luz as a destination, originated from a relationship that existed between *Name removed*and Robert Murat, who resided in Praia da Luz.

Daily activities by the members of the Tapas 9 group exploring the area were usually done on foot. The McCann’s confirm this fact, having left the twins pram back in England. The fact that they had, resulted in movement on foot being curtailed even further by having to carry their small children – with great difficulty – over long distances to places such as  the Millennium restaurant.

I first suspected that Madeleine could be buried in the Murat property when I studied the witness statement of Jane Tanner- a member of the Tapas 9. Tanner had initially described the abductor as an unshaven “Rasta”man, with scraggly looking surfer type hair.

However, several days later Tanner identified the man as being Robert Murat, a totally different  looking, clean shaven man in stark contrast to the original description she had described to the police as being the possible abductor. This puzzled me.

On the night of Madeleine’s disappearance, Michael James Sperrey – later identified as the “Rasta man” described by Tanner – was walking towards the Tapas restaurant in the window period that I personally believe Madeleine was discovered dead – namely between 8.40pm.and 8.55pm.

However, no mention is made of whether Mr Sperrey and his wife Claire actually had dinner in the restaurant that night, despite having a 9 PM reservation.

Moreover, Mr Sperrey – for reasons unknown – spent a considerable amount of time cleaning himself up in the Tapas bar’s outside toilet, prior to his dinner reservation.

Given that his flat is less than 100meters from the Tapas restaurant, the need to spend a considerable amount of time in the toilet after walking from the apartment is, I believe, very suspicious. 

From Stephen Carpenters first witness statement and for various other reasons, it became evident to me that Mr Sperrey is in fact a surfing friend of Mr Gerald McCann.

Michael Sperry owns an advertising company in Solihull, 56km from the McCann’s home in Rotheley, Leic.

Michael’s personality, and general interests, together with his interests in sports and the fact that to a large extent, he is driven by adrenalin type activities, leads me to believe that he and Gerry McCann are good friends.

At the time of Madeleine’s disappearance, Michael Sperrey was staying in a holiday apartment in the Ocean Club called Fugi Palms. The Sperry’s stayed in unit number FP05, a unit on the first floor that looks straight into the back of Mr Murat’s property.

Michael Sperrey’s witness statement and Stephen Carpenters second witness statements have never been released to the public. Both men stayed in the Fugi Palms block looking into the back of the Murat property. Stephen stayed in FP02 on the ground floor. 

It is my belief that when Jane Tanner gave her first statement to the Portuguese Police describing a version of Michael James Sperrey, she did so because his face was fresh in her mind, and she had no idea what Robert Murat looked like at the time.

I believe that It was only several hours later, that she was briefed by *Name removed*, as to what Robert looked like.

Tanner then proceeded to identify Robert Murat as the abductor while sitting in a police car. And again, I found myself asking why?

Why accuse a total stranger of a horrendous crime?

Surely, the implications would be devastating if she was wrong.

Unless of course, it had always been the intention of the group to direct the Portuguese Police in the direction of the Murat property where they would find the buried child.

More significantly still, Jane Tanners second statement specifically refers to *Name removed*having hurt their wrist while sailing, yet the person in question makes no mention whatsoever of a sore wrist in their own witness statements.

Therefore, one of the first things that I did when I got to Praia da Luz was to go sailing on my own. I sailed a catamaran more than 2km out to sea, and over the horizon. I am sure that the life-guard on the beach thought I had stolen his catamaran, and was on my way back to South Africa.

However, three hours later I returned without the slightest injury to my wrist. The sailing trip was important to me, as it highlighted that the possibility of one injuring your wrist while sailing off the mild waters of the Algarve was minimal.

Back home in South Africa we had simulated a grave digging exercise in similar type soil conditions as that found in Praia da Luz.

Soil samples had been sent to us from Praia da Luz, and we established that the soil make-up was a hard layered shale.

We then  filmed an individual digging a hole within a 15 minute window period. A life size plastic doll representing Madeleine, and measuring 90cm in height, was later buried in the pre-dug hole. The entire exercise was filmed and later viewed over and over to extract and learn key elements from the exercise.

The exercise proved helpful, in that we were able to establish four important things, namely:

1.  It was possible to dig a grave within a 15 minute window period.
2.  The grave would be shallow, and would be no deeper than between 450mm to 650mm, depending on the amount of soft top soil present.
3.  The disposing of Madeleine’s corpse had to have occurred in two phases, namely first the digging of the hole between 9pm to 9.15pm and later the burial of the child between 10.05 and 10.15pm.
4.    That slamming a spade into hard ground took its toll on a wrist, unfamiliar with hard manual labour.

The burying of the plastic doll, together with backfilling and compacting the loose sand took 6 minutes.

Another 2 minutes could be allowed for putting loose stones and building rubble on top of the fresh grave.

However, let’s for one minute talk about the ground conditions in the Murat yard. An initial photo dated the 15^th of May 2007 and taken of the Murat rear yard by a reporter, proved extremely helpful in that it showed the Murat yard and the direction in which the Portuguese Police were working away from the grave.

It also showed a pile of building rubble lying on top of the grave site. Also of significance in the photo is a banana tree growing in the backyard. For the tree to flourish, a significant amount of loose topsoil would need to be present. We took this into account when establishing our initial estimates that Madeleine was buried 600mm below ground level.

The hypothesis that Madeleine was buried in the Murat backyard in two operations involving*Name removed* and *Name removed* digging the hole and later *Name removed*burying Madeleine in the pre-dug hole, is substantiated by triangulating the 5A Ocean club with the location of the Smith sighting, and *Name removed* being seen outside Raj Balu & Neil Berry’s flat, less than 10 meters from the rear boundary fence of the Murat yard.

The sightings all comfortably take place between 9.55pm and 10.20pm and substantiate our hypothesis that the hole was pre-dug and the burial took place later.

British detective Gary Redmond confirmed to me in a telephone discussion that the British Police had never entered the Murat property.

To set the tone for the next chapter, there is little doubt in my mind that the Portuguese Police found Madeleine’s remains in the property.

However, I believe that the decision to fully exhume and excavate her body was delayed.

At the time of the discovery the Portuguese Police were faced with the problem that if they did elect to exhume the body, there was little or no doubt that Robert Murat – a police translator and friend to some of the policemen on the case – would have been held accountable for a crime he did not commit.

Since three of the Tapas 9 had identified him as being present on the evening Madeleine went missing, Robert Murat was without doubt being framed for a crime he had not committed, and he knew it.

 In fact, during a telephone call with Sky news reporter Martin Brunt, Robert was desperately begging for help. His life was literally crumbling before him.

There was one man however, who knew Murat was innocent.

Heading up the investigation, Goncarlo Amaral had established that the events surrounding the open window and shutters in Madeleine’s bedroom and the witness statements given by Kate McCann, Jane Tanner and Dr Russell O’Brien did not tally or add up.

The window and shutters had to have been open at 9.15pm. Yet, according to Russell O’Brien, they were still closed at 9.30pm.

Amaral knew that Murat was innocent and being framed. Therefore, exhuming Madeleine’s body would be tantamount to putting an innocent man in jail.

Twenty five days after Madeleine went missing, hair and body fluid removed off Madeleine’s corpse was planted in the Renault hired by the McCann’s. This was later confirmed by Brian Healey, Kate McCann’s father. The planting of this DNA by Portuguese Police is the single most important reason the case was closed 15 months after it was opened.

It is important to note that both Portugal and the UK have a history going back to 1377 and the treaty of Windsor. The bi-lateral trade between the two countries is estimated to be 7 billion pounds, of which 75% of Portugal is derived from tourism on the Algarve. With 1.1 billion people -one seventh of the world’s population- following the case, Portugal could ill afford having its Police force seen as being corrupt and intentionally planting DNA.

There are various reasons as to why the DNA was planted in the McCann hire car. They include the enormous political pressure being imposed on Goncarlo Amaral, the British government interfering and hampering the investigation, the initial crime scene having been prejudiced, and the fact that the Portuguese Police needed to solicit confessions from the McCanns.

There can be no doubt in my opinion that given the enormous manpower, rewards and international media coverage, the fact that Madeleine McCann’s body has not been found points to a major cover up.

That cover up needs to be investigated by various NGO’S and the perpetrators of this crime held accountable at the international criminal court in The Hague.

A task team needs to be established to investigate the actions of the Portuguese Police and Ministry of Justice.

Amnesty needs to be given to perpetrators who are willing to come forward and divulge which high ranking individuals authorized the DNA planting.

The Madeleine McCann case represents two Sovereign first world countries, that have conspired to cover up the illegal actions of the Portuguese law enforcement agencies, and in so doing, they have breached the very foundation on which EU law is based. The action in covering up a crime and potentially leaving a three year old girl buried under a driveway, represents  a gross injustice and deprives the individual of human dignity.

It is my opinion that given the bi-lateral trade at risk, Madeleine McCann will never be allowed to return to her parents – dead or alive.

If she were returned alive, it would open a Pandora’s Box for the Portuguese government and their previous findings and surely jeopardize trade relations between Portugal and the UK.

The reaction of Goncarlo Amaral to my findings is also puzzling and needs taking into account. One would think that being sued by the McCann’s for 1.2 million pounds and given the fact that he is now divorced, destitute and living from handouts from his friends, he would jump at the opportunity to discover Madeleine’s body in the Murat garden.

Not so. The discovery of Madeleine’s body in the Murat garden poses a tremendous problem for Portuguese Police. You see the Renault Scenic could not have transported Madeleine’s body to the Murat garden because at the time, international press trucks were parked in the lane bordering the Murat property.

I also suspect, that the publication of my findings around the world in 255 mainstream newspapers from Australia to Brazil and Europe to South Africa created a major dilemma for both the McCann’s and Mr Amaral.

I anticipate that both Amaral and the McCann’s will settle the litigation matter out of court to avoid the possibility of drawing more attention to my findings.

Then there’s Kate McCann’s reaction to my findings. By her own acknowledgement, she states that the Metropolitan Police advised her of my findings a day before they went worldwide. Never the less, the day my findings went worldwide the McCann’s elected to investigate an unlikely sighting of Madeleine in India, and ignored the possibility that Madeleine lay buried 140 meters in a straight line from apartment 5A.

 It must also be remembered that five years after publicly accusing Robert Murat in print – despite him being cleared of having anything to do with the abduction of her daughter – Kate chose to challenge my credibility on UK national television, rather than back the press calls for the site to be excavated.

 I can therefore only think- should my theory be correct – that the UK government have threatened to lay criminal charges against the McCann’s and further threatened to remove Sean and Amelie from their care, should  they spill the beans on Madeleine’s whereabouts.

I strongly believe, based on my investigation and what I have been told in confidence, that the facts surrounding the DNA planting lies in 3 top secret files in the care of UK home office secretary Theresa May.

In evaluating and understanding the extent of the cover up, an individual needs to consider all the facts in their entirety and not on an individual basis.

4. Six international ground penetrating radar experts all stated that something lay buried beneath the Murat driveway – Four from the USA, One from South Africa and One from the UK.
5. Portugal’s largest newspaper Correio da Manha, which sells 1 out of every 2 newspapers in Portugal and has carried major articles about my findings including photo evidence has challenged Portugal’s Prime Minister no less than 6 times to dig up the Murat driveall to no avail.
6. Robert Murat has refused to let me excavate his rear driveway.
7. Dr Russell O’Brien’s son Rob, is friends on facebook with all of the Murats, including those who live in France.

Okay, in regard to Stephen’s allegation aimed at the UK’s Home Secretary Theresa May, it is worth noting that on the 1^st of July 2012 the Daily Star newspaper printed an article that contained the following information:

CRUCIAL files relating to Madeleine McCann’s disappearance are being kept secret by the Government to avoid a diplomatic war with Portugal.

They contain discussions between Home Office ­officials and the Met over ­vital information on the case.

But Home Secretary Theresa May and her staff have spent the past nine months preventing the Daily Star Sunday from obtaining the papers.

They said there would be “specific detriment to the UK’s relationship with Portugal” if the four files were released.

Ms May also claimed disclosure of three of the documents would “stifle discussion” ­between ­officials.

But we understand the papers may show a difference of opinion between the Home Office and Met officers, who are reviewing the files on Madeleine’s 2007 disappearance in Praia da Luz. Read more

Hmmm. I wonder if Theresa May has released those files to Operation Grange?

You see, according to Wikipedia Operation Grange:

Was launched in May 2011 following a request to Scotland Yard from Home Secretary Theresa May, with the support of the Prime Minister David Cameron. The issue of whether this request was the result of “threats” or “persuasion” from Rebekah Brooks was one of the issues raised at the Leveson Inquiry.

Now, I have to admit that when Stephen first contacted me, I was somewhat sceptical about a lot of his conclusions although I did agree that it could be very likely that Madeleine is buried in the Murat’s back yard.

Therefore, I had decided to run the story anyway, since regardless of the whys and wherefores I also agreed with Stephens view that it is absolutely essential that Robert Murat’s drive is at the very least probed.

Moreover, probed sooner, rather than later too, because the longer the dithering goes on, the more chance there is of those involved getting in to move Madeleine’s body.

However, as I began to write the story up, I could not come up with any explanation as to why the British and Portuguese authorities, the McCanns and Robert Murat were so dead set against investigating Stephens findings… It made no sense whatsoever. After all, it is a simple, cheap and easy task to undertake.

I could however, come up with good reasons for all of the afore mentioned not wanting  Madeline’s body found.

There then followed another series of phone calls between myself and Stephen – Boy can that fella talk – and, I have to say that logically speaking, his explanations to solving this case actually make perfect sense.

Certainly a lot more sense than some random paedophile walking into Apartment 5A, picking a 3 year old child up and then walking away with her, never to be seen or heard from again.

So, until someone acts on Stephens information and proves him wrong, or someone can come up with a more plausible explanation for what took place on the 3rd of May 2007, I’m putting my money on Madeleine being under Robert Murats rear driveway.

Coincidentally enough, I wrote in the foreword to the McCann article that I published on this site just nine days ago: “My gut feeling is that the truth will come out about Madeleine in the none too distant future ”.

It is a fact that the JFK assassination in 1963, Moon landings between 1969 and 1972, Diana’s death in 1997 and the 9/11 attacks are all pivotal events that all have many abnormalities and discrepancies in their official explanations, regardless if you believe the widely accepted narrative or not. These are all sensitive subjects that on the face of it would appear that only a crazy person would question their authenticity. If you research these events in detail you will find many problems with a lot of the aspects of their official accounts. More up to date stories that have been manipulated through misinformation by our bias media to give a false picture of the “true” accounts includes the suspicious deaths surrounding DR David Kelly in 2003 and MP Robin Cook in 2005 who both had openly voiced concern for the validity of the weapons of mass destruction which was the government’s calling card for the invasion of Iraq; the 7/7 London bombings in 2005 have so many discrepancies with the official narrative that many researches have pointed out, including Tony Farrell principle intelligence analyst who was sacked from South Yorkshire Police for pointing these discrepancies out to his superiors when asked to submit a report on terrorism in 2010; Jimmy Savile’s links to royalty and politicians with institutionalised paedophilia has not been openly debated; the unusual timing and circumstances surrounding the “suicide” of Jacintha Saldanha who was the royal nurse for Kate Middleton and the lack of transparency, and misinformation with the accounts surrounding mass shootings, including more recently the Sandy Hook massacre. These represent just a small fragment of cases in the media that have not been openly and honestly represented.

UFO’s and the Paranormal are subjects that have been around for a long period and a large number of people some secretively and some openly have experiences of. There is evidence on a grand scale to confirm that they are credible but through the lack of education on these subjects and through generations of opinion steering by the media they are generally frowned upon and mocked. If these two subjects were officially accepted and validated then society would be affected in an unprecedented way contrary to the goals of the elite. People who are not aware of this conspiracy, due to the very clever nature of the “system” will not be affected as they are comfortable in their enslavement as without the knowledge of being in bondage would perceive themselves as being free regardless if they are happy or not. These are the very same people (you, me, us) who most of which through their occupation or reliance on the system unknowingly are feeding the system and unwittingly making sure everyone else is toeing the line and doing as they are told through peer pressure of wanting to “fit in” or be “normal” and compliance/obedience, or through work related hierarchical or bureaucratic means.

How this affects you in your daily life
The effects of the problems mentioned in this article have rippled across countries throughout history up until the present day and are not always clearly visible but have affected people on different levels and in different ways. Today many people are aware of and affected by wage freezes, redundancies, unemployment, rising house prices, house foreclosures, stagnation of the housing market, cost of living, rising fuel prices, pensions, care for pensioners, NHS, health care, privatisations, savings, unfair taxes, bank bailouts, privacy, rights and liberties, inconsistencies of weather conditions, natural disasters, crime, prison population and numbers, family break ups, child care, post-education costs, student loans, institutionalised paedophilia, ongoing wars, poverty, hunger, homelessness, etc…… All of these issues have a negative affect on our quality of life through ongoing health problems, physical and mental. These problems may or may not have all been orchestrated to occur by an elite few although you might want to question to what extent has these issues been influenced and could they be avoided in future?

What can you do?
Some people are “awakened” on many different levels and are either aware of all the areas or some of the areas, and with different levels of understanding. It can be frustrating and a lonely path to tread, as an “awakened” individual can become isolated then outcast and would find if very difficult to live within a system that is promoting the agenda for a one world government by an elite. There is not one practical solution as the global conspiracy for world domination by an elite is too heavily protected. An “awakened” individual can affect the system through first of all just being aware of it and therefore not be fooled by the events that take place to direct you towards a certain mind frame. A person then might want to challenge the “system” through non-compliance towards the rotten attitudes and fashions that support it. The biggest weapon the people have to make a stand against global control is the sharing of information in particular through the internet (who knows for how much longer before this gets censored) and with the people being the majority thus outnumbering the controlling elite. The key to be happy and live/survive within this corrupt system is to have a clear mind that is able to see the power within one self to make a little difference, which in turn has the potential to change the world.

Fifty years ago, Lee Harvey Oswald was framed for the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.

Today, the same National Security State that killed JFK still rules America, using the same tools of murder and deception. And it appears to have set up two “Oswalds” – Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev – to take the blame for the Boston Marathon bombings.

The parallels between Oswald and the brothers Tsarnaev are uncanny.

First parallel: All three have been exonerated by crime scene photographs.

Eyewitness testimony established that Oswald must have been on or near the ground floor of the Texas Book Depository – not the sixth floor “sniper’s nest” – when JFK was shot. This testimony is supported by a picture of Oswald standing in the street outside the Depository as the presidential motorcade goes by.

Expert photographic analysis has revealed that the figure in this picture is Oswald, not Lovelady, as JFK assassination expert Dr. James Fetzer explains in his article “JFK Special: Oswald was in the Doorway, after all!“

The photographic record of the JFK assassination, like that of the Boston bombings, not only exonerates the patsy, but reveals who really committed the crime.

Photographic evidence places Edward Lansdale, America’s top political assassinations specialist, and CIA agent and future president George H.W. Bush standing in front of the Texas School Book Depository running the JFK assassination. This evidence is discussed in the article “Did George H.W. Photographs of the Boston bombing similarly exonerate Dzokhar Tsarnaev, who is seen in this photograph leaving after the bombing with his backpack still on.

If Dzokhar Tsarnaev was framed, that means that his brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, was also framed.

Crime scene photographs show us who really planted the bombs. The bomber was a member of a paramilitary operative team wearing black caps with identical skull logos. The photo below shows the bomber fleeing the crime scene without his backpack. That backpack has a white square on top. The paramilitary bomber is the only person in any of the photos with a backpack featuring that white square.

So the Brothers Tsarnaev, like Lee Harvey Oswald, are innocent patsies. But Oswald, unlike the Brothers Tsarnaev, was able to speak for himself. After his arrest, and before being gunned down in the Dallas Police Department basement by CIA-linked mob hit-man Jack Ruby, Oswald said: “I’m a patsy.”

The Brothers Tsarnaev may never be allowed to speak in their own defense; fifty years after Oswald’s “I’m a patsy,” the National Security State appears to have learned that lesson well. Indeed, the Israeli doctors tasked with treating Dzokhar Tsarnaev in the hospital reported that “he may never speak again.” (Why were Israeli doctors assigned an American national security case? Perhaps for the same reason that an Israeli team of terror specialists flew to Boston, on a trip organized before the bombing, to take charge of the “investigation.” After all, Israel is the global “A Team” of false-flag terrorism.)

Dzokhar Tsarnaev did speak out, in a way, in his own defense – by endorsing 9/11 truth before he was framed for the bombing. Using his Twitter account, he wrote: “Idk why it’s hard for many of you to accept that 9/11 was an inside job.” That tweet, like Oswald’s “I’m a patsy,” may go down in history. It strongly suggests Dzokhar’s innocence. (Why would any Muslim who knew 9/11 was an inside job – as 80% of Muslims do, according to polls – want to commit terrorism whose only beneficiaries are Zionists and imperialists?)

Though the Brothers Tsarnaev will not be allowed to defend themselves, their loved ones are doing it for them. Their mother, father, and aunt all say they are innocent patsies, framed by agents of the National Security state.

Another Tsarnaev-Oswald parallel: They were Russian speakers who were shadowed for years by the FBI before being framed for a spectacular crime.

Oswald was not only shadowed by the FBI, he was actually reporting to the FBI on a regular basis during the years between his return from Russia in 1961 and his murder on November 24th, 1963.

Tamerlan Tsarnaev, his parents tell us, was shadowed for years by the FBI before being set up as the patsy in the Boston Marathon bombings.

The FBI, we may recall, is the agency developed by arch-criminal J.Edgar Hoover as America’s gestapo. Though most low-level FBI agents are honest, the higher-ups are psychopathic criminals –mobsters with badges.

The FBI organized the plot and built the bomb that devastated the World Trade Center in 1993. FBI informant Emad Salem, who hatched the plot and delivered the bomb as part of his FBI duties, secretly recorded a conversation with his FBI handler protesting about how the FBI delivered a real bomb, not a dummy bomb as promised.

It is well known, even among mainstream scholars, that the FBI has organized virtually every “Muslim terrorist” incident of the past decade. As Judge Napolitano admitted on Fox TV, the FBI has been involved in at least 17 false-flag plots to attack America since 9/11.

Another uncanny parallel between Lee Harvey Oswald and Tamerlan Tsarnaev is that both were earmarked “enemies” (Tsarnaev a “radical Muslim,” Oswald a “communist”) who traveled to Russia on mysterious errands – and both, according to official pronouncements, managed to pass completely undetected by the national security apparatus of both nations! In reality, both were being run by US federal agencies – Oswald to feed top secret U2 data to the Russians to make the fake U2 shootdown plausible and destroy Eisenhower’s detente; and Tsarnaev to interface with CIA-Mossad assets in the “Chechen al-Qaeda community.”

“Al-Qaeda-linked radical Muslims” in Chechnya are allies, not enemies, of the US. Their “terrorism” is entirely directed at Russia, and they are armed, trained, and sent on their missions by the US government. As I wrote in a recent article, the correct translation of “al-Qaeda” is “The CIA Database.”

So if Dzokhar Tsarnaev was a terrorist – which seems unlikely – he was part of a group controlled by US government agencies. But it seems much more probable that Tsarnaev was an Oswald-style patsy: A pawn on the grand chessboard who was deemed expendable, arrested, and then murdered to keep him from talking.

Like Oswald, who was murdered in the Dallas police station while in custody, it appears that both Tsarnaev brothers were in perfectly good health when they were arrested – and then were shot after their arrests. Dzokhar Tsarnaev’s aunt has positively identified Dzokhar as the “naked man” arrested by Boston police, uninjured and in perfectly good health. And helicopter videos show Dzhokhar Tsarnaev looking healthy and uninjured as he climbs out of the boat he was hiding in. (The government says he was critically wounded – but look at the images yourself and decide.)

Bottom line: The US National Security State and its Israeli handlers – not the Brothers Tsarnaev – is the real perpetrator of the Boston bombings…and the real enemy of the American people. The complete lockdown of Boston, which removed eyewitnesses from the streets and allowed the frame-ups and shootings of the Brothers Tsarnaev, is a taste of the kind of martial law and draconian repression that is in store for the American people if they do not rise up in rebellion against the criminals posing as their guardians.

A=440hz as a standard for concert pitch possibly may bring an unnatural 8 Hz dissonant change in how we think.   Our inner ear for example works on the basis of Phi dampening. The waters of our inner ears rely on Fibonacci spiral dampening through the seashell like structure of the cochlea to keep us feeling centered or grounded. This Fibonacci spiral shape helps cancel out certain inertial standing wave interference patterns, like a Helmholtz resonator, in order to keep us properly balanced with the natural environment around us. When the inner ear is in stress by artificial means, we can experience a type of “fog like” condition or feel “spaced out”. The natural Phi shape of the cochlea can be found planet wide in a majority natural organic based life. DNA also operates on PHI and Fibonacci principles and  can oscillate to protect itself from the environment and stress from dissonant interference patterns of mechanical and electromagnetic waves. Artificial equal temperaments of higher pitch  may possibly effect the abilities of DNA to regulate our genetic makeup properly.  DNA  resonates the language of music and not syntax binary. DNA is a cosmic musical score operating triplets of rhythm at over 3000 beats per minute.
Truly all frequencies affect DNA and consciousness and DNA responds to the environment both local and non-local. No one frequency can be claimed be a magic one and only healing frequency  as we exist as an infinite universal medium of dimension. Love is infinite in dimension and does not rely on one specific Hertz frequency to generate compassion and empathy.
Changing frequency may also change the electric potential of the brain which may alter and affect memory and perception by the slight change in charge within the water in our cells.
This is perhaps why A=440Hz and higher concert pitches can be perceived as a brighter, thinner, outward of the head, whereas concert pitch at A=432hz can be perceived as an inward experience of feeling. Our heart has more morphogenetic fields than the brain and is one of the first things to form in the womb, beating out the soliton pulse of cosmic musical DNA. We feel our emotional bodies from the heart and our solar plexus is the nerve cluster that senses those feelings like a microphone or transducer.
From my own observations, some of the harmonic overtone partials of A=432hz appear to line up to natural patterns and also the resonance of solitons. Solitons need a specific range to form into the realm of density and span from the micro to the macro cosmos. Solitons are not only found in water mechanics, but also in the breath between quarks and protons.

A measured phenomenon of effect  that may support the idea of using A=432hz  as a scientific concert pitch is also based on the amount of partials of A=432hz from a musical scale that seem to correlate to organic systems and the measurement of planetary movement, the Sun and Saturn for example. Saturn is one of the solar systems accurate time pieces and it orbits the procession ever 864 of its years (432 x 2).
Fulcanelli, the mysterious french master alchemist who wrote ‘Le Mystère des Cathédrales’ had this to say about Saturn when he deciphered the planetary cyclic cross at Hendaye: “…Saturn, because it is at the greatest distance from the sun of all the visible planets, has the longest “year,” taking a little less than 30 years to complete one circuit of the zodiac. This makes it the best precessional timekeeper of all the planets.
Saturn completes one precessional Great Year of 25,920 years every 864 of its “years,” a half cycle every 432 of its “years,” a quarter cycle every 216 of its “years,” and an eighth of a cycle every 108 of its “years.” This equals (108 x 30) 3240 years, or 45 degrees of precessional arc. We can continue counting in Saturn years down to 9, one 96th of the precessional year, or 3.75 degrees of arc and 270 earth years, which brings us to the alignment period of the galactic meridian and the zenith/nadir axis.
If we note when Saturn fell on a significant marker, such as the galactic center or antipode, then we can simply count Saturn cycles to mark the span of the Great Precessional Year. Many ancient sites reflect the number 432 in their alignment to stars and planets and the earths path through space.
Avebury and Stonehenge for example, yield the numbers 432.

The connection of Stonehenge to the 25,920 year orbital procession of the equinox and the number 432 is obvious. If you take the first 30 stones in the outer ring of 360 degrees, divide that by 30 which gives you 12, and then divide 25,920  by 12 you get 2,160. which is the approximate diameter of the moon.
When you divide the 60 stones in the second circle of 360 degrees by 60 you get 6. 25,920 divided by 6 equals 4,320. By dividing the 20 stones in the center circle of 360 degrees by 20 you get 18. 25,920 divided by 18 is 1,440.
If the second circle of 60 stones equals 25,920 years then each stone equals 432 years around the 12 sectors of the 25,920 year procession.
The center circle stones would be 20 x 432 which equals 8,640 years The center stone in the center circle would be divided in half at the time of the equinox making two stones for a total of 20. 1,440 is one sixth of 8,640.
Again in the numbers of scientific concert pitch we see the numbers 144, 216, 432, 864. The earths wobble or spiral action gives us our time count of 86,400 seconds in a day and 43,200 seconds in 12 hours. 12 x 60 equals 720, and
2 x 360 equals 720. I must also mention that it takes 72 years for the earth to travel one degree around the 25,920 year procession of the equinox. Many stone circles have shown that these precise numbers also foretell of the changing of the poles and their past positions according to balanced alignment. Many stone circles were laid down to warn future generations of the passing of certain orbital astral bodies that from time to time may cause cataclysmic events.

Those accurate calenders of astrological time keeping were altered by the formation of the first corporation sole known as the Roman Church. Stones worldwide were destroyed or moved, many vandalized and inscribed with the cross to convert them to the Roman Church.
Natural time keeping by the Roman Church was forbidden and the stone Norse weoh calenders of Europe and most of the standing stone circles in greater Britain and Brittany were either cracked, pulled down or altered.
