Can the size/colour/placement of the design be changed?

Yes, all our shirts are highly customisable. Different colour combinations of shirt/print can be chosen from the T-Shirt order page. If you'd like the size of the design to be changed or to have the design printed on the back for example, please specify this by adding a note to your order within the secure PayPal checkout.

 

What brand of garments are used?

Mens Premium Shirt: Gildan 2000 Ultra T, Made from 200 gsm 100% cotton.

Ladies Fitted Shirt: Uneek Ladies Premium T-Shirt, 220 gsm 100% cotton.

Hooded Sweatshirt: Gildan Adult Hoodie, 270 gsm 50% cotton, 50% Polyester fleece.

 

What kind of printing technique is used?

We use the highest quality garment films for all our prints. This technique gives a clean and vibrant finish with a smooth texture and is far superior to screen printing.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most PayPal payments are instant but some may take a few days to clear, PayPal will advise you of this.

Once the funds have cleared your goods will be dispatched as soon as possible. Due to the "printed to order" nature of our product this could take up to 14 days.

What's the returns policy?

Products may be returned if:

we sent you the wrong product;
the product you received is defective or damaged;
the product is substantially different from what was advertised.

 

How do I wash and care for my shirt/hoodie?

All printed clothing is machine washable to 60 degrees. Avoid ironing the decoration by ironing inside out. Do not tumble dry silver or gold printed designs!
